How it works
With my support you’ll learn how to better regulate your nervous system and build a deeper sense of ease in your body. This is also really supportive for your overall health. When your body feels under threat, it prioritises survival over repair, diverting energy away from digestion, immunity, hormones and healing. As you begin to feel safer, those same resources are redirected into creating better health.
Instead of just trying to ‘fix’ symptoms or emotions, we meet them with curiosity and compassion. This leads to a deeper understanding and more sustainable healing. We’ll explore what your body has been holding, protecting, or wanting to express, and create space for old patterns to soften and new possibilities to emerge.
Expect a grounded and non-judgemental space to explore the root of what you’re experiencing, whether that’s stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic tension, or a sense of feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself.
We go gently, at a pace your body can adapt to, so changes don’t feel rushed and are more likely to stick.
My approach integrates my medical background with trauma-informed support to help calm the nervous system and restore balance. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include mindful body awareness, breathing practices, guided reflection, and practical, personalised tools to support you day to day.
As a medical doctor, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to support your healing journey.
