Just like a car get’s it’s annual MOT, your body needs care and attention too.
That’s why I recommend that everyone does these 5 steps at least once a year.

  • Get rid of anything you think might be harming your gut. Once your gut is healed and more resilient you can gradually bring them back.

  • The function of the gut is to absorb nutrients.

    Without these, production and function of essential things such as enzymes and stomach acid all start to go a bit wrong.

    Other things, such as illness, meds, ageing and diet can also impact them.
